Cheesy Chicken and Rice

5-6 chicken breasts (may be frozen)
2 cans Cheesy Broccoli Soup
2 cans chicken broth (with garlic)


Mix all ingredients in Celebrating Home Bean Pot, cover and bake in a 250 degree oven for 4 hours.  Add 1 bag frozen vegetables (broccoli) and 2 cups Minute Rice 1 hour before serving. Put back in oven & serve hot.

Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

1/2 bag frozen hashbrowns
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz sour cream
1 tsp garlic
1 cup chopped ham
1 squirt of mustard
1 cup mozz shredded cheese

Mix all ingredients in bean pot and microwave for 15-20 minutes.

Mac-n-Cheese

1 box mac-n-cheese
Butter
Milk

Put in the noodles and some water.  Microwave for 5 mins first and then about 3-4 more if needed.  Drain the water and mix the rest up in the bean pot per directions on box.

Breakfast Fruit Bake

2 cans crescents
1 can pie filling
1 8 oz package cream cheese

Lay crescents out on hospitality set. Put pie filling and cream cheese cut into cubes down middle of crescents. Layer remaining ingredients and pull crescents together.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

2 cans crescents
1 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 pound hamburger
taco seasoning
refried beans
taco toppings

Cook hamburger ahead of time with taco seasoning and add beans.  Lay crescents out on hospitality set.  Put hamburger mix and cheese down middle of crescents. Pull crescents together on top.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.  Once done, add taco toppings to center of bake to display.

2 cans crescents

Baked Ham and Cheese

2 cans crescents
1 pound of sliced ham
1 pound of sliced cheese (whatever you would like)

Lay cresecents out on hospitality set.  Layer ham and cheese until all used.  Pull crescents together on top.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Pizza Bake

2 cans crescents
1 package pepperoni
1 can pizza sauce
1 8 oz mozz shredded cheese
pizza toppings

Lay crescents out on hospitality set. Put 3/4 cup of pizza sauce down middle of crescents. Layer remaining ingredients and pull crescents together on top.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Wedding Cake

1 box white cake mix
1 can cream soda pop

Mix, cover and cook for 13 mins.

Sweet Corn in the Bean Pot



Make your sweet corn in the bean pot! Clean up the corn and put 1 cup of water in with corn. Cover with lid and microwave for 13 mins!

Even better, use your insert and steam your corn on the cob! :)

Cherry Chip Cake

1 cherry chip cake mix
1 can 7-up or sprite

Mix both together and put lid on bean pot. Microwave for 4 minutes. Take lid off and microwave for 4-6 more minutes until knife comes out clean!

Bean Pot Little Smokies

 packages Cocktail wieners
1 Medium bottle chili sauce
1 Medium jar grape jelly

Combine in Bean Pot and cook on 325 for 2 hours

Corn Chowder

Nicole’s Corn Chowder
4 potatoes (peeled and diced)
1 Can of cream corn
1 Can of whole kernel corn
2 Cups of chicken broth
8 Ounces of diced ham
1 Cups of diced onions
1/4 Cups of butter
2 Cups of half and half

Directions
Place potatoes, both cans of corn, chicken broth, ham, and onions into the Bean Pot.
Cook on 325 for 1 hour.
Mash the mixture to your desired consistency and then add the butter and half and half.
Cook for an additional 30 minutes, and you are set!

Best Baked Beans

6 slices bacon
4 (15.5-oz.) cans great northern beans, drained, rinsed
4 (15-oz.) cans black beans, drained, rinsed
4 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce


Cook bacon in large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels.
In Bean Pot, combine all remaining ingredients; mix gently. Crumble bacon; sprinkle over bean mixture.
Cover; cook on 325 for 2 hours.

CAJUN BREW PORK N BEANS

5 cans Pork-n-Beans (2nd to smallest size)
2 8oz cans tomato sauce
2 onions (chopped)
6 hot links (sliced)
1/4 bottle BBQ sauce (average size)

The following are "to taste"
Worcestershire sauce
Hot sauce (I like Crystal hot sauce)
Cajun Seasonings (I like Tony Chacere's seasonings)
Liquid smoke
Mustard
Brown Sugar

Mix all ingredients in a Bean Pot and crank it up to 375. Let it cook all day, stirring occasionally.

Baked Potato Supreme

4 potatoes
1 bunch green onions
4-5 strips bacon
2 tbs minced garlic
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter, melted

Peel potatoes and cut into slices or cubes
Place in Bean pot
Chop green onions and place in bowl
Fry bacon and chop into bits, add to onions
Press garlic into bowl and mix with cheese, sour cream and butter
Mix all together and pour over potatoes
Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes...Enjoy!!

13 Minute Meat Loaf

1 - 1.25 pounds ground turkey/beef
½ cup bread crumbs
¼ cup ketchup
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
2 T Worcestershire Sauce

Mix all ingredients in your Bean Pot.
After all ingredients are mixed, shape into two loaves.
Put lid on Bean Pot and microwave for 13 minutes.
Cooking time may vary depending on the amount of meat and size/power of the microwave. But typically done in 13 minutes & by making two loaves, your middle will be done.

Turkey Stuffed Bell Peppers

4-6 Green Bell Peppers
1 Pound of Ground Turkey
1 Onion, diced
1 Potato, diced
1 Can of Whole Kernel Corn, drained
1 large Jar of Marinara Sauce
Garlic Powder to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions
Stuffing: In a large bowl, combine the turkey, onion, potato, corn, 1/2 of marinara sauce, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together, until combined well.
Cut off the tops of the bell peppers, core, and remove seeds.
Place mixture into cored bell peppers until full. Put peppers in the Bean Pot and place tops over the stuffing.
Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the peppers.
Cover and cook on 325 for 2 hours.

Roasted Turkey Breast

Place turkey breast in Bean Pot; place 6-8 small red skinned potatoes, halved, around turkey. Add ½ cup white wine & 2 cloves pressed garlic. Season with salt & pepper. Cover with lid. Bake at 350F for 1-½ hours. Uncover for last 15-20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing

Bacon Cheeseburger Dip

8 slices bacon
1/2 pound lean ground beef
8 ounce package cream cheese
8 ounce package cheddar cheese, shredded
10 ounce can Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 Tablespoons Parsley, chopped

Directions:
Cook bacon, drain and crumble.
While working on bacon, put ground beef/turkey in bean pot for about 3 1/2 minutes &let it brown. (drain if using beef)
Mix remaining ingredients in the bean pot Except two tablespoons of bacon crumbles and the parsley.

Cover and bake at 250 degrees for two hours or until hot and bubbly.* Or bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes (until hot & bubbly).* Stir parsley into dip and sprinkle reserved bacon for garnish.* Serve with vegetables or bagel chips.

Spicy Dr. Pepper Pulled Pork

One Whole Pork Shoulder 5 to 7 lbs
Salt and Pepper
One can Chipolte Peppers in Adobe Sauce
2 cans Dr. Pepper
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Cooking Instructions
Place all ingredients in your favorite beanpot. Cover. *Slow cook 3 to 4 hours at 200F or 1 1/2 hours at 350F. How easy is that?

BBQ Chicken or Ribs in a Pot

Place uncooked ribs or chicken in Bean Pot.
Pour BBQ sauce (or your secret recipe) over meat.
Bake covered at 350 for 1 ½ to 2 hours depending on how much meat.

Take lid off last 15 min. to brown.

No Peek Chicken

6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 pkg. long grain & wild rice (w/seasoning pkt.)
1 can each: cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup
1 can water

Combine rice, seasoning from box, both cans of soup & 1 can water in baker. Place chicken on top and cover with lid. Bake at 350 for about 2 hours. Makes a wonderful tender chicken dish with great rice and gravy. (Try it with pork chops too!)

Chops in a Pot

6 pork chops, browned (you can skip the browning)
1 onion, chopped
3 T. catsup
10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery
2 t Worcestershire sauce
Place into Bean Pot on 350 and simmer about 1-2 hours. Serve with rice, noodles or potatoes.

Shrimp Creole

1 Pound of Shrimp
2 Stalks of Celery, chopped
1 Can of Tomato Sauce
1 1/2 Teaspoons of Tabasco Sauce
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Parsley
2 Teaspoons of Garlic, chopped
1 Onion, diced
1 Bell Pepper, diced
1 Green Onion
2 Cans of Diced Tomatoes
1 Teaspoon of Sugar
Cooked Rice

Directions
Combine all ingredients (except shrimp and rice) in Bean Pot.
Cook on 350 for 1.5 hr.
Add shrimp last hour of cooking.
Serve over rice!

Citrus Fish

1 1/2 lb. fish fillets
Salt and pepper to taste
1 med. onion, chopped
5 tbsp. chopped parsley
4 tsp. oil
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 tsp. grated orange rind
Orange and lemon slices
Salt and pepper on fish to taste. Then place fish in Bean Pot. Put onion, parsley and grated rinds and oil over fish. Cover and cook on 300 for 1
1/2 hours. Serve garnished with orange and lemon slices.

Sausage Dip

1 lb. browned sausage,
1 block of cream cheese (softened) ,
1 can ro-tel diced tomatoes w. green chilies.

Mix all together and heat in the microwave for about 15 minutes....serve with tortilla scoops.....YUMMY Appetizer :)

Microwave Bean Pot Lasagna

1 box of lasagna noodles

1 large jar spaghetti sauce

1 16 oz cottage cheese

1 egg

1 pound hamburger/ Italian sausage

Place thawed meat in bean pot with the lid on and microwave for 2 minutes. Break up the meat and cover again. Microwave for 2-4 more minutes until browned. Drain off any excess fat.


Next break up the noodles and place them in the bean pot. Mix the egg in with the cottage cheese and then mix into the bean pot with the sauce. Add 1 cup of water and mix again.
Place lid on bean pot and microwave for 20 minutes stirring every 5.

If it starts to look dry, add a little more water as the noodles tend to eat up the moisture.
I love this recipe because usually when I make lasagna the traditional way, it takes forever to layer, and it just falls apart when I try to cut it up. This way it is already "cut" and everyone loves it just as much!

Brunch Bake

1 can Refrigerated biscuits
8 Large Eggs
2 cups, sausage, bacon, or ham
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced green pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste

Spray bottom of Bean Pot with cooking oil. Line bottom of pot with biscuits (the more you can squeeze in the better).

In a bowl whisk eggs with a dash of milk. Add browned meat, veggies, & mozzarella to mixture. Pore over biscuits (add a couple more eggs if biscuits are not covered)

Sprinkle Cheddar Cheese over the top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until egg mixture is firm & cheese is melted.

Breakfast Cobbler

4 medium-sized apples -- peeled and sliced
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter -- melted
2 cups granola cereal
Place apples in Bean Pot and mix in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on 350 for 2 hours. Serve with milk. Yield: 4 servings

Bean Pot Gringo Dip

16 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
½ pint heavy whipping cream (or half & half)
2 cans diced tomatoes
¼ cup jalapeno, fresh or pickled, diced
8 oz. frozen chopped spinach
4 chicken bouillon cubes
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
½ cup milk
½ onion, finely diced

Mix all ingredients in the Bean Pot. Microwave for 3 minutes. Stir. Microwave for an additional 2 minutes and stir. Repeat as necessary until the dip is completely melted and hot. Serve with tortilla chips or raw veggies.

Easy Turkey Soup (Gluten Free)

1 1/2 lb. fresh turkey breast, skin on
3-4 cloves garlic, chopped
Half a red onion, finely diced

2 ribs of celery, trimmed and chopped
4 large carrots, sliced (I plan on one carrot per person)
Half of a medium-large winter squash, peeled and cubed (butternut, banana, etc)
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
Italian style herbs, to taste (basil, rosemary, thyme)
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Rinse the turkey breast in cold water and place it in the bottom of the beanpot. Top with chopped garlic, onion, celery, carrots, squash. Season the goodies with sea salt, pepper and Italian herbs. Add the vinegar. Pour fresh cold water over the turkey and veggies until submerged.

Cover and cook at 350* for 2-2.5 hours until the turkey falls apart with the turn of a fork. Remove the piece of skin and discard. Pull apart the the cooked turkey into pieces, using two forks or a big spoon.

Serve with a sprinkling of fresh chopped parsley. Serves four.

Bean Pot Beef Stew

Ingredients:
1 pound round steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 large yellow onion, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
6 cups beef broth (or stock)
1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
3 bay leaves
2 cups potatoes, cubed
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup carrots, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Rub steak with olive oil and coat with salt and pepper.
Let steak sit at room temperature in bean pot while preparing all other vegetables. Chop and dice everything, then add to bean pot. Add beef broth (or stock), thyme, bay leaves, diced tomatoes and salt and pepper. Cover and bake in 375 F oven for 3 to 4 hours until meat is tender.

OUTRAGEOUS CHICKEN AND GRAVY

1 large pack of boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
Dump both into bean pot and cook at 350 for 3.5 hours – yummy for your tummy!

Microwave Popcorn

3 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/3 cup popcorn kernels
Salt & seasonings to your taste
Pour cooking oil and popcorn kernels into Bean Pot.
Sprinkle with salt and/or any of your favorite popcorn seasoning.
Cover and microwave for 4 ½ - 6 minutes.

Even the dog's food can be made in the Bean Pot

1 lb of chicken
1 can of peas
1 half of a bag of carrots
a small bag of rice

Cook your chicken for 2 hours at 250* in your bean pot, add the rice for 30 min or until fluffy then mix in the veggies for 30 min. ALL ORGANIC!  Happy Dogs!!!

Caramel Coconut Cookie Sundae

1 can (17.5 oz) Pillsbury Grands caramel rolls
1 cup coconut toasted
1 cup chocolate chips
Vanilla Ice cream 

 Heat oven to 350*
Separate dough into 5 rolls
Place each roll in small round baking dish or mini casserole dish
Press 2 tablespoons chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons toasted coconut in top of each roll
Bake 10 minutes
Spoon some of icing on each
Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips and coconut
Bake 10 minutes longer or until golden brown
Top each with scoop of vanilla ice cream
Drizzle with remaining icing and toasted coconut
Serve immediately

Twice Baked Smashed Potates

5-7 potatoes, peeled and cut into chucks
sour cream
shredded cheese

bacon (yes I said bacon!)
garlic powder

Throw your potatoes in your Bean Pot with about an inch of water in the bottom. Microwave for about 13 minutes or until soft. When they are done, add everything else and mix with your mixer. (I know what your thinking right now, the mixer?? ABSOLUTELY!!! Go to town and get busy with that hand mixer!! It will be ok, I promise!!)

After you get everything mixed up, top with more shredded cheese and bake with the lid off at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top.

Bean Pot Chicken Fajitas

2 onions sliced
2 bell peppers (red, yellow or green)
3 Chicken breast
1 pk fajitas seasoning
Slice the onions and peppers and put in Bean Pot
Top with 1/2 of the fajita seasoning
Next add the chicken breast and cover with the rest of the seasoning
Cook 18 mins in microwave and serve with chips or on tortillas, cheese and sour cream

Pumpkin Crunch Cake


 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 yellow cake mix
Chopped pecans
1 c. butter, melted

Mix first 6 ingredients and pour into prepared 9 x 2 x 13 inch dish. Empty yellow cake mix evenly on top of pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Drizzle 1 cup butter on top (2 sticks). Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes until golden. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream as a dessert or as a coffee cake

Ranch House Bean Pot Pork Chops with Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 packet dry Ranch Dressing Seasoning
10 oz can Cream of Chicken Soup
4 lbs peeled, cubed potatoes
...
5 Tablespoons real butter
1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
6 cloves roasted garlic
1- 1 1/2 Cups warm skim milk (any milk will do, I used skim)
1 Tablespoon salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper, or to taste

Place pork chops, Ranch seasoning and soup into your bean pot for 4 to 6 hours at 250*.

Peel and quarter your potatoes and put them in another bean pot (yes everyone needs at least 2).
Add 1/2 cup water and microwave for about 15 minutes. Check for doneness - it will depend on how many potatoes you are doing. When they are done there will be a little water left in the bottom - do not drain. Just stir it into the potatoes. Mash w/a potato masher right in your beanpot and add butter, Parmesan, garlic, milk, salt and pepper. Easy, quick, and LESS to clean!

Scoop mashed potatoes onto serving plates and top with pork chops and soup gravy from bean pot.

Roasted Salmon with Tomatillos

 Ingredients:
· 1 (1-pound) salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces
· 1 large tomato, chopped
· 1 small red onion
· 1 cup chopped tomatillos
· 1 tablespoon finely chopped chipotle chiles
...
· 1/2 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
· 2 limes, Juice of
· 1 1/2 cup tomato juice
· Salt, to taste
Method:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Put tomatoes, onions, tomatillos, chiles, cilantro, lime juice, tomato juice and salt into a bowl and stir to combine. Arrange salmon in a 9X13 baking dish and pour tomato mixture over the top. Bake until salmon is just cooked through (check after 30 mins).

Baked Potato Casserole (gluten free)

 5 potato’s
1 small package of mexican blended grated cheese
1/3 package of ground turkey meat
1 tub of sour cream
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of pepper
1 TBS of mrs. dash seasoning
1 TBS of johnnys(lawry’s) seasoning salt
...

rinse off potatoes and cut them into small squares and put in bean pot with salt and pepper and mrs. dash seasoning salt. put in oven on 375 degrees for 20 min. While the oven is pre-heating fry the turkey meat and add the Johnny’s/Lawrys seasoning salt. Put in oven for 20 min. After the 20 min take out of oven and stir, Potatoes will be hard, put in for an additional 20 min. when finished add in the cheese and stir. Put in the oven for 7 min. take out of oven and let it cool for a good 5 min and add sour cream and enjoy!!!

Bean Pot Bread Pudding

1/2 loaf of frend bread, dried out
6 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c.sugar
2 Tbsp. molasses
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. pumpkin puree
Mix all but bread together.
Spray bean pot & add bread.
Pour mix over bread & bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour 15 min.

Pineapple- Cherry Dump Cake

1 can pineapple tidbits w/ juice 1 can cherry pie filling
1 box Super Moist Butter Recipe Yellow w/ pudding
3 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 stick margarine
Spray inside of bean pot with canola oil
Pour pineapple in bean pot w/juice
Pour cherry pie filling in bean pot
In a mixing bowl -
3 eggs in bowl - break yellow with fork -
pour in milk - cake mix
mix with large slotted plastic spoon until lumpy batter
pour into bean pot
1 stick margarine - cut in 12 slices and place on top of batter
Microwave for 12 minutes - check & let steam out at 6 minutes
Toothpick test passed after 12 minutes
Remove lid - cool down
Serve hot w/ ice cream

Mini Bean Pot Apple Crisp

6-8 Apples
1 1/3 Cups Brown Sugar (Packed)
1 1/2 – 2 Cups of Oats
3/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1 Cup Flour
1 1/2 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
2/3 Cup Butter...Add a little more if you use more oats.Slice Apples…Place about 1 1/2 apples on the bottom up the Mini Bean Pot. Mix all ingredients together….place over the top of the apples. Bake at 350′ with lid off for 45min-1hour. Makes 4
